Do not substitute anything, you can have coffee, tea and water, as much as you like.
This diet works on chemical balance. Follow it only 3 days, after that eat everything you like, but try to keep
portions reasonable. You can loose between 2 to 6 pounds a week. GOOD LICK!
DAY 1 Breakfast Black coffee, tea or water
½ Grapefruit
1 Slice dry toast
Lunch ½ Cup Tuna
1 Slice dry toast
Black coffee, tea or water
Dinner 2 Slices any type of meat
1 Cup string beans
1 Cup beets
1 Small apple
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
DAY 2 Breakfast 1 Hard Boiled egg
1 Slice dry toast
½ banana
Black coffee, tea or water
Lunch 1 Cup cottage cheese
5 saltine crackers
Dinner 2 Hot dogs
1 Cup broccoli
½ Cup carrots
½ banana
½ Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
DAY 3 Breakfast 5 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple
Black coffee, tea or water
Lunch 1 hard boiled egg
1 Slice dry toast
Dinner 1 Cup of tuna
1 Cup of beets
1 Cup of cauliflower
½ cantaloupe
½ Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
